The main floor welcomes you with a large, bright living room with double-height ceilings, soft and comfortable sofa beds, smart TV, large fitted wall unit, and a bright dining area. An ideal space for moments of relaxation and togetherness. The kitchen is fully equipped, with induction hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to freely prepare your favorite dishes. The bathroom, modern and refined, features a large shower with chromotherapy, vanity unit, heated towel rail and a pleasant mood lighting. Going up to the upper floor via the internal staircase, you reach the sleeping area with a large double bed, relaxation armchair, smart TV, wireless charging devices. The polished marble floors, the wood in the bathroom and on the internal staircase, and the warm parquet in the sleeping area make the setting elegant and relaxing.

The property is located in a residential area, well served and well connected. In the immediate vicinity you will find pharmacies, bars, bakeries, supermarkets and various kinds of shops, reachable in just a few minutes on foot, by car or by public transport.
We are about 800 metres on foot from the railway station and 2 minutes by car from the SS16 Adriatica. And 10 minutes for those arriving in town from the A14 motorway.
The area offers ample on-street parking. The proximity to the SS16 Adriatica also makes travel to nearby towns (Barletta, Molfetta, Andria, Bisceglie) as well as Bari port/station/airport easy and quick.
